Built on the architectural principles of John Hamilton Stutt – whose grandfather, James Braid, defined the golden age of golf course design – our 18-hole journey is a defining chapter in Northern sport.

Welcome to the Fourth Simply Masters Golf Tournament! We are proud to return for another thrilling chapter of this growing tradition, as players gather in York for two days of competition, camaraderie, and unforgettable moments on the course.
This year’s event promises a true test of skill across two outstanding venues. The tournament gets underway at Romanby Golf Club, where precision and course management will be key, before concluding at the stunning Aldwark Manor, providing a fitting stage for the final push toward the Green Jacket.
All eyes will be on defending champion Matt Marston, whose impressive performance last year set a formidable standard. The question remains—who will rise to challenge him and etch their name into Simply Masters history?
